On basis of independent research of optical materials, the company has independently-run optical materials laboratory ,owns worldwide advanced no matrix guide technology. Its core technology achievements transformation: Nanometer light diffusion material-- applied to all kinds of casting LGP, is the first choice in domestic which is instead of imported no matrix LGP ,soluble light guide material—is created firstly in China ,applied to extrusion molding、injection molding light guide rod/pipe and heteromorphic light guide parts.
The company has two teams of basic research and application development.
Basic R&D : the company has independently-run laboratory in Beijing, mainly engaged in research of optical materials,
focusing on the R&D of PMMA,PC and other light guide materials; assume synthesis processing of optical materials.
If there are any issues with the display module during the warranty period, you can choose to send it back to the factory for repair or to our service point. We will arrange for professional technical personnel to provide repair services for you and conduct another test. Once the test is correct, we will package it and send it back to you.
If there is a problem with your display, we will first provide remote support to guide troubleshooting. If needed, we can also arrange for technical personnel to the project site within the specified time to support and provide on-site solutions. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, we will replace the spare parts to ensure the normal operation of the screen and report the issue to the relevant departments for detailed testing.
